BACKGROUND
Background: SpeakUp® is a leading enterprise whistleblower platform committed to fostering open communication through simple and secure anonymous reporting. As the in-house designer, I am responsible for elevating the brand’s presence across digital and internal channels. This includes developing performance-driven assets for lead-generation campaigns and designing for consistency across diverse marketing and communication materials.
My Role: As a Digital Designer, I owned and led the creative direction of SpeakUp®’s brand and marketing design system. I created a wide range of design deliverables across marketing, campaigns, and internal communication—ensuring cohesive branding and a scalable visual identity.

Produced high-impact ad designs to support lead-generation marketing efforts.

Created animations and graphics for campaigns, social media, and presentations for marketing and sales enablement activities.
Developed brand templates and internal collaterals to maintain consistent visual identity across teams and touchpoints.

Tools and Technologies: Figma for design systems and prototyping, Webflow for landing pages, Jitter and Lottie for motion design, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) for asset creation, Descript and Veed for multimedia content.
